Les accessions conservées dans la collection primaire in vitro sont d'abord assainies (si infestées par un virus) avant d'être installées dans le laboratoire.
Die Akzessionen der Positivliste werden in der Primärsammlung in vitro erhalten. Diese befindet sich im In vitro Labor der Forschungsanstalt Agroscope Changins-Wädenswil ACW. Die in der In vitro Primärsammlung erhaltene Akzessionen werden zuerst saniert (wenn sie Virus investiert sind) bevor sie im Lobor installiert werden.
